Delivery We deliver within the UK only, and UK delivery is free on every order.
Dispatch times Every print is made to order and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. For personalised prints, this is from when you approve your digital proof, which we usually email within 24 hours of your order (up to 48 hours at busy times).
Delivery times Orders are sent with Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch. Please allow a little extra time around bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas.
Delivery address Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, as we’re unable to change it once your order has been dispatched.
Delays or missing parcels If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email us at sanjay@happyyouprints.com with your order number and we’ll help.
Damaged prints If your print arrives damaged, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.
